摘　　要：分析了我国企业产生"战略迷茫"的成因,从中发现产生"战略迷茫"的主要原因是战略执行力不够,而战略执行力的强弱决定了一个企业的成败。为了提高我国企业的竞争力,在调查分析我国企业战略执行力现状的基础上,提出了提升我国企业战略执行力的若干途径。This paper analyzes the factor of ＂Strategic Confusion＂ in Chinese company, finds the main reason is weak strategy executive ability. Whether this ability being strong or weak decide the company＇s fate. In order to improve Chinese company competitiveness, this paper explores and analyzes the current situation of strategy executive ability, and further promotes ways to enhance the strategy executive ability of Chinese companies.
