摘　　要：采用APVIOBPCS订货策略和指数平滑需求预测策略,固定订单提前期为2,以库存水平、在途库存和需求预测为状态变量构建了供应链系统的状态空间模型,分别通过解析分析和仿真计算的方法研究了订单策略中参数的不同取值对供应链系统稳定性和运作成本的影响,提出了有助于降低供应链运作成本的订单策略参数选择。It is assumed that the lead time is 2, APVIOBPCS policy and exponential smoothing forecasting method are used to build the state space model, taking inventory level, inventory-on-transit and forecasting of the demand as the state variables. The influence of parameters in the order policy on the stability and operation cost is studied through analytical analysis and simulation and finally the paper proposes how to choose better parameters to reduce operation costs.
