摘　　要：通过对企业供应链管理所面临的挑战和机遇的分析,提出了企业供应链管理迎接挑战、抓住机遇、安然过冬的相应措施,希望对正处于困境中的企业有一定的借鉴意义。Analyzing the challenges and opportunities faced by supply chain management of enterprises, the paper proposes the relative countermeasures in order to help the supply chain management of the enterprises to greet the challenges, seize the opportunities and overcome the difficulties.
