摘 要:目的探讨对氧磷酯酶1(PON1)与氧化应激指标检测在非酒精性脂肪性肝炎中的变化及临床意义。方法检测68例非酒精性脂肪性肝炎患者血浆PON1,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)的水平并与46例健康对照组比较,进行相关性分析。结果非酒精性脂肪性肝炎患者血浆PON1活性争SOD水平分别为(134.5±60.2)kU/L和(81.3±11.2)U/ml,均较对照组(165.1±68.0)kU/L和(93.5±9.8)U/ml降低,P〈0.05;而MDA含量较对照组显著升高[(13.5±5.0)μmol/LVS(9.5±3.0)μmol/L,P〈0.01]。PON与SOD水平呈正相关(r=0.402,P〈0.05),与MDA水平呈负相关(r=-0.518,P〈O.01)。结论非酒精性脂肪性肝炎中血浆PON1降低可能与脂质过氧化增加互为因果关系。PON1降低与脂质过氧化增加可能在非酒精性脂肪性肝炎病理过程中发挥作用。Objective To explore the oxidative and antioxidative status in patients with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) by detecting antioxidant enzyme paraoxonasel (PON1) ,superoxide dismutase (SOD) avtivity together with the level of oxidative stress marker,malondiadehyde (MDA). Methods A total of 68 patients with non-alcoholic steatohepati- tis (38 males,30 females) and 46 healthy controls (26 males, 20 females) were enrolled in the study. Serum MDA level, PON1 activity and SOD activity were measured according to an enzymatic spectrophotometric method. Lipid and other bio- chemical parameters were determined by routine laboratory methods. The correlation analysis were completed. Results Plasma MDA level were higher in the patients with NASH than the controls (P〈0. 01). Plasma SOD,PON1 activities were lower in the patients with NASH than the controls (P〈0.01 ,P〈0.05,respectively). Conclusion Decreased antiox- idant enzyme PONi activities may he either a cause or a result of increased lipid peroxidation in patients with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis. The oxidative stress damage caused by the decrease of antioxidative enzymes activity and increased lipid peroxidation may have a role in the pathogenesis of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis.
