摘　　要：针对变电站站计算机监控系统在技术性、应用性和可靠性等方面的要求,笔者对计算机监控系统的主要测评项目加以探讨和总结,特别是可扩展性、软硬件标准化、通信规约、与继电保护及其它系统的接口、自动电压控制(AVC)、防误操作、监控系统的电源配置等方面的要求,以确保满足系统在设计、调试和验收阶段的功能要求和可靠性要求,适应现场运行需要。According to the evaluation of technical speciality, practicability and reliability in SAS, the evaluation items of computer monitoring and control system are presented in the paper. Some ideas about standardization of hardware and software, communication protocol of SAS, interface between relay protection and other systems, automatic voltage control, prevent misoperation, power supply scheme of SAS are discussed in detail. The evaluation items should be applied during the system design, FAT and SAT process.
