D2-40标记阳性淋巴管密度、上皮型钙黏蛋白、β-连环蛋白异常表达与胃癌转移的关系——附84例检测报告

摘　　要：目的：探讨D2-40标记阳性淋巴管密度（1ymphaticvesseldensity，LVD）、上皮型钙黏蛋白（E．cadherin，E．cad）、β-连环蛋白（β-catenin，β-cat）异常表达与胃癌转移的关系。方法：用SP免疫组化染色法，检测D2-40标记阳性LVD、E-cad及β-cat在84例胃癌组织、相应癌旁组织、20例正常胃组织中的表达水平并进行比较，同时分析3者的相关关系。结果：D2—40标记阳性LVD在癌旁组织中明显高于胃癌组织及正常胃组织（P〈0．05～0．01），胃癌组织及癌旁组织存在E-cad及B．cat的异常表达。相关分析结果显示，胃癌癌旁组织D2．40标记阳性LVD增高与E．cad的异常表达相关（r=0．27，P〈0．05），但与β-cat异常表达无明显的相关性（r=0．16，P〉0．05）。结论：胃癌组织中高密度的淋巴管主要集中于癌旁区，且与E—cad的异常表达有关，可能参与了胃癌淋巴结转移的发生。Objective： To investigate lymphatic vessel density（LVD） marked by D2-40 and abnormal ex- pression of E-cadherin （E-cad）, β-catenin （β-cat） and their relationship with gastric carcinoma metastasis. Methods： Imrnunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the LVD marked by D2- 40 and expression of E- cad, β-cat in eighty-four gastric carcinoma tissue, the corresponding peripheral region and twenty normal stomach tissue, and to compare the results and to study the correlation among the above three molecules. Results： The LVD marked by D2- 40 in peripheral region was significantly higher than that in normal stomach tissue and cancer area （P 〈0.05 -0. 01 ）. Abnormal expression of E-cad and [3-cat were present in cancer area and peripheral region. Correlation analysis showed that a highly LVD marked by D2- 40 in peripheral region was correlated with abnormal expression of E-cad（r =0.27, P 〈0.05）, but not β-cat（r =0. 16, P 〉0. 05）. Conclusion： The highly LVD mainly exists in peripheral regions of human gastric carcinoma, and is correlated with abnormal expression of E- cad, which may participate in the development of lymphonode metastasis.
