体育休闲理念在高校体育教学应用初探

摘　　要：从经济基础、休闲文化、终身体育人才培养观以及高校体育教学和大学生休闲状况四个方面对体育休闲理念提出的必要性及其功能进行了分析,并对其在高校教学实践中的应用面临的问题进行了初步探索。In the present study, the necessity of proposing the concept ＂Sport Relaxation＂ and its functions are analyzed on four aspects - the financial foundation, culture of relaxation, the educational approach of life-long sport, and college physical education as well as the current situation of college students＂ relaxation. Furthermore, problems that would probably emerge in its application in college physical education are discussed.
