大学城新校区研究生教育管理工作的问题及思路

摘　　要：高校扩招形成的多校区大学的发展,给研究生管理工作带来了许多问题和挑战:教育资源紧张,校园氛围淡薄,地缘因素突出,管理成本加大等。对此,本文提出更新观念、健全机制、优化管理干部队伍、营造校园氛围、积极运用现代信息技术手段等办法,探索新校区的研究生教育管理工作的有效对策。Expansion of enrollment in universities has led to the development of multi-campus universities,which brings a lot of problems and challenges for graduate students' education management,such as the lack of educational resources,the weakening of campus atmosphere,the highlighting of geopolitical factors,and the increasing of management costs.Therefore,this paper intends to exploit effective countermeasures on the issue of graduate students' education management in new campus,such as innovating concepts,improving system,optimizing management leaders,creating campus atmosphere,using actively the means of modern information and technology.
