肿瘤浸润树突状细胞在胃腺癌的分布及P53表达的临床病理意义

摘　　要：目的探讨肿瘤浸润树突状细胞(tumor infiltrating dendritic cells,TIDC)在胃癌组织中的分布及预后相关因素的意义。方法将S-100蛋白抗体作为TIDC的特异性标记物,对60例胃腺癌标本进行免疫组化染色,对TIDC进行定量计数分析,同时对癌因蛋白P53进行检测。结果60例肿瘤患者中树突状细胞平均值为(10.26±7.939)/mm2。树突状细胞浸润密度与年龄、肿瘤分化程度无关、与肿瘤浸润深度无明显相关。树突状细胞浸润密度随临床分期的增加而明显减少(P<0.05),有淋巴结转移的胃癌组低于无淋巴结转移的胃癌组(P<0.05)。p53表达阳性的胃癌组树突状细胞浸润密度低于p53表达阴性的胃癌组(P<0.05)。结论肿瘤树突状细胞的浸润密度与TNM分期、淋巴结转移、p53表达有明显相关性,检测胃癌组织内TIDC浸润程度对判断胃癌预后有一定意义。Objective To detect the distribution and significance of prognosis correlation factor about tumor iniiltrating dendritic cells（TIDCs） in gastric adenoearcinoma.Methods The S - 100 expression of tumor infiltrating dendritic cells and expression of p53 in the tumor were detected by immunohistochemical method using imageanalysis system. Results The TIDCs mean of the 60 tumors was（10.26 ± 7.939）mm^2,The infiltration degree of TIDCs in the tumor tissues decreased significantly alongwith the TNM stage（P 〈0.05）The infiltration degree of TIDCs in the lymph node metastasis groups were lower than that of without lymph node metastasisgroups（P〈0.05）.The TIDCs in gastric cancer groups with the positive expression of p53 were low aseompared with that of the negative expression of p53（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The infiltration degree dendritic of cell infiltration in gastric adenoearcinoma were correlative with TNM stage the, lymph node metastasis and expression of p53.Determining the infiltration degree of TIDC might be helpful to prognose the gastric carcinoma patients.
