摘　　要：目的探讨研究血清-腹水白蛋白梯度检测对诊断腹水性质的临床意义。方法本院自2005年10月至2008年10月收治的242例腹水患者以彩色多普勒超声测定门静脉内径>14mm提示门静脉高压,分为门静脉高压组130例和非门静脉高压组112例进行血清一腹水白蛋白梯度检测。结果门静脉高压组SAAG(17.8±4.7)g/L,符合率96.15%;非门静脉高压组SAAG(8.2±3)g/L,符合率95.53%。结论SAAG检测操作方法简单,与门脉高压相关性好,具有更强的实用性及更广泛的应用价值.有助于更容易鉴别积液的性质,在腹水病因诊断中具有重要的临床价值。Objective The discussion research blood serum - ascites albumin gradient examination to diagnoses the ascites nature the clinical significance. Methods My courtyard admits from October, 2005 - October, 2008 242 cases ascites patient by colored Doppler supersonic determination portal vein inside diameter 〉 14 mm prompt portal vein high pressure, divides into the portal vein high pressure group 130 cases and the complementer vein high pressure group 112 cases carries on a blood serum ascites albumin gradient examination. Results Portal vein high pressure group SAAG（ 17. 8 ± 4.7） g/L, coincidence rate 96. 15% ; Complementer vein high pressure group SAAG8. 2 gentleman 3. g/L, coincidence rate 95.53%. Conclusion The SAAG examination operating procedure is simple, is good with the portal hypertension relevance, has a stronger usability and the more widespread application value. Is helpful easily to distinguish accumulates the fluid the nature, has the important clinical value in the ascites cause of disease diagnosis.
