摘　　要：目的探讨低场强MRI对脑膜瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经病理证实的脑膜瘤16例的MRI表现。结果T1WI为灰质等或略低信号,T2WI为等或略高信号,增强扫描病灶显示大多数为均匀明显强化。结论MRI检查对脑膜瘤定位、定性准确,平扫大部分可以确诊,特殊病例增强扫描可以提供更多信息,提高诊断率。Objective To investigate the low-field MRI for the diagnosis of meningioma. Methods A retrospective analysis of pathologically confirmed 16 cases of meningioma of the performance of the MRI. T1WI results for gray matter, such as or slightly lower signal, T2 WI, etc, or slightly higher for the signal indicated that the majority of lesions CT homogeneous enhancement. Conclusion MR] examination of meningioma location, qualitative accuracy, the majority of sweep-ping can be diagnosed, the special case of enhanced scan can provide more information to improve the diagnosis rate.
