摘  要:本研究采用热带假丝酵母(J)、啤酒酵母(Y)、4株枯草芽孢杆菌(X1、X2、X3、X4)和乳酸菌(Z)对棉籽粕进行单一发酵及菌种组合发酵试验,筛选出最适宜的菌种组合。研究结果表明:较优的菌种组合为Y+J+X3+Z。以比较优菌种组合发酵棉籽粕后,其水溶蛋白含量为12.70%,极显著(P<0.01)高于其他菌种组合;游离棉酚(freegossypol,FG)的脱毒率约为60%,与Y+X3和Y+J两菌种组合处理的结果均无显著性差异(P>0.05);枯草芽孢杆菌X1、X2、X4无论单独发酵还是组合发酵棉籽粕,都提高了棉籽粕中FG的含量,在本试验条件下,其不能用于棉籽粕发酵脱毒之中。In this study,the optimum mixed bacterium were screened by fermenting cottonseed meal with the Candida tropicalis (J) ,the Saccharomyces crevisiae (Y) ,four strains of Bacillus subtilis (X1 ,X2,X3,X4) and the Lactobacillus (Z) respectively or combinatorially.The results showed that under the optimized mixed bacterium of Y+J+X3+Z to ferment cottonseed meal,the water-soluble protein content was 12.70 % ,which was extremely significantly increased than the other mixed.The free gossypol(FG)detoxification rate reached to 60 %,but there was no significant difference between the mixed bacterium Y+X3 and Y+J.Whether solely or mixeably fermenting cottonseed meal with Bacillus subtilis X1,X2 and X,,the content of ferment production FG was increased,which were not used for fememting cottonseed meal under the condition of this experiment.
