摘　　要：分析了当代大学新生在心理健康方面存在的主要问题及其产生的原因,从6个方面提出了相应的调节方法和解决措施。This paper analyzes some main problems existing in the psychological health of today s freshmen an the reasons why these problems exist, and advances some corresponding adjusting methods and solving measures from six aspects.
