摘 要:选用根系还原力、根系特殊吸收氮和磷(SARNorSARP)两个生理指标,用大田试验和根箱栽培方法,研究了禾本科、豆科作物间套种植对根系活力的影响。结果表明,小麦/大豆复合群体根系还原力的高峰期交错出现,致使在养分吸收强度上表现出时间的互补性;间套种植使与大豆间套的小麦根系还原力提高了30%左右,供磷也能显著提高间套或单作小麦和大豆根的还原力。大豆根系的SARN和SARP都高于相应的小麦,说明增大根重和根长对豆科地上增重和养分的吸收比非豆科更为显著。he root activity reflected by the root reduction activity and root SAR was studied by wheat/soybean intercropping in the field and rootbox experiments. The results indicated that the peak of root reduction ability of the two crops was interlacing, which led a temporal complement in the intensity of nutrient absorption. The root reduction activity of wheat is increased by 30% by intercropping with soybean. The phosphorus application can significantly stimulate the wheat root activity as well. The SARN and SARP of soybean were much higher than those of wheat both in monocropping and intercropping. Therefore, the improvement of root weight and length has more contributions to the growth of legume crops than that of nonlegume crops.
