摘 要:近年来,我国医学院校招收的境内外学生不断增加,与国际医学教育接轨,满足社会对高素质医学人才的需要,培养具有创新精神和能力的医学人才已经成为我们的紧迫任务。本文根据暨南大学医学院的实践经验,通过阐述创新人才的素质特征、创新教育的内涵,从有利于提高医学人才的创新意识、创新能力、科学思维方法和科研技能的培养等方面,介绍了该院对医学人才培养模式,探讨了从教学理念、教学方法、教学内容、教学手段和实践教学等方面,如何采取有效措施、构建对境内外医学生进行创新教育的平台。In recent years, the number of medical students of the mainland and non-mainland students have increased continuously in China. It is urgent for us to train the medical undergraduates to be creative and skillful, meeting with the social need for high quality doctors and gearing into the world medical education. Based on our practice, the present paper expounds the characteristic qualities of innovative talents, the basic requirements of innovation education and also offers an introduction of the mode of medical college of Jinan University for cultivating the innovation ability of medical professionals as regards how to strengthen creative awareness, develop creative ability and improve creative skills of scientific thinking and researching. It examines how to take effective action to build an creative education platform for the mainland and non-mainland students from the following aspects teaching concept and methodology, teaching means and experimental teaching.
