摘　　要：现代医学教育注重创新型人才的培养。贵阳医学院医学检验专业对临床血液学和血液检验课程进行了系列改革，通过转变传统教学观念、改进教学手段和教学方法，帮助学生掌握学习方法，调动学生学习积极性，教学效果获得了明显的提高。The modem medical science education pays more attention to the nurturing of innovative talent, and the development of the clinical medical science demand laboratory diagnostic physician, therefore to concentrate the teaching research and strength teaching reform are necessary to achieve these aims. A series of teaching reforms include changing traditional teaching idca, innovating teaching media, reforming the teaching methods in the clinical hematology and hematological examinations of clinical laboratory science major. It will help the student to master the study method and improve the teaching effect.
