上颌平面导板(或斜面导板)对正畸治疗中牙根吸收的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨上颌平面导板(或斜面导板)对正畸治疗中牙根吸收的影响。方法我们通过拍摄全口曲面断层片,显示患者牙根情况,比较同一患者戴用上颌平面导板(或斜面导板)前后牙根吸收情况;比较治疗结束后,戴用或未戴用上颌平面导板(或斜面导板)患者的牙根吸收情况。结果戴用上颌平面导板(或斜面导板)未加重牙根吸收;戴用上颌平面导板(或斜面导板)比未戴用上颌平面导板(或斜面导板)患者的牙根吸收率更小。结论戴用上颌平面导板(或斜面导板)不会加重正畸治疗中的牙根吸收,反而会减少正畸治疗中的牙根吸收率。Objective Maxillary plane plate （or inclined guide plate） has appilied to orthodontic treatment extensively. But it is not reported whether it causes and aggravates the root resorption or not. Methods Compare root resorption before and after wearing maxillary plane plate（or inclined guide plate）, wearing and not wearing maxillary plane plate（or inclined guide plate） on panoramic radiography. Results Root resorption of the case of wearing maxillary plane plate（or inclined guide plate） is less than the case of not wearing maxillary plane plate（or inclined guide plate）. Conclusion There are same root resorption of before and after wearing maxillary plane plate（or inclined guide plate）. There have been some decreases of root resorption in the case of wearing maxillary plane plate（or inclined guide plate）.
