摘 要:目的:考察心理健康从业者的培训动机及其影响因素。方法:用培训动机量表、职业压力量表、机构对专业工作的检查评估方式量表,对来自我国29个省、市、自治区的1391名心理健康从业人员的培训动机和影响因素及人口统计学变量进行调查。对培训动机在性别、年龄、专业等方面进行了比较,并对培训动机的影响因素进行了回归分析。结果:我国心理健康从业人员的培训动机分为3类,即提高自我、解决自己心理问题和工作需求;女性提高自我和解决自己心理问题动机得分高于男性[(7.9±1.8)vs.(7.2±2.0),(2.5±1.2)vs.(2.1±1.1),均P=0.001];培训动机在专业、从业取向、有无证书、是否担任督导、是否担任培训教师、专职与兼职上差异均有统计学意义[如,有证书者3类动机得分均高于无证书者:(7.8±0.1)vs.(7.3±0.1),(2.4±0.1)vs.(2.1±0.1),(7.3±0.1)vs.(6.6±0.1),均P=0.001]。职业压力、机构的评估方式、培训次数等因素对培训动机有预测作用(β=0.100~0.177)。结论:心理健康从业者提高业务水平和提高自我的动机最高,参加培训的主流是积极的。从业者的培训动机水平因性别、专业学历、取向等因素而不同,并受职业压力、机构的评估方式和参与培训次数等因素的影响。Objective: To investigate the training motivations in mental health practitioners and the related factors. Method: The motivations and its related factors, and demographic variables of 1391 mental health practitioners were investigated with a questionnaire consisting of 93 multiple choice questions. The related factors of training motivations were analyzed. The motivation's differences among gender, age, major, and so on, were compared. Results: The motivations of mental health practitioners could be divided into three categories: self promotion, solution of psychological problem, and job demand. Female were generally stronger than males in motivation of self promotion and solution of psychological problem [ ( 7.9 ± 1.8 ) vs. ( 7.2 ± 2. 0 ), ( 2. 5 ± 1.2 ) vs. ( 2. 1 ± 1.1 ), Ps 〈0. 01 ] . Training motivations had significant differences in major, professional orientation, having certification or not, being supervision and teacher or not, and full-time/part-time status [ e. g. having certification or not:(7.8±0. 1) vs.(7.3±0.1),(2.4±0.1) vs.(2.1±0.1),(7.3±0.1) vs.(6.6±0. 1);Ps〈0.01].The related factors of motivations mainly contained occupational stress, assessment mode, and times of training ( β = 0. 100 -0. 177 ) . Conclusion: The main training motivation of mental health practitioners is promotion of operation ability and self promotion, which is positive. The motivation levels are different in gender, major, orientation and so on. The occupational stress, assessment mode, and times of training are associted with motivations.
