实验性肾间质纤维化大鼠肾小管上皮细胞凋亡的观察

摘　　要：目的观察单侧输尿管结扎(UUO)大鼠肾小管上皮细胞凋亡。方法采用末端脱氧核苷酸转移酶介导的dUTP缺口末端标记(TUNEL)法检测肾小管细胞凋亡,结果应用图像分析系统进行半定量分析。结果与假手术组相比,模型组检测到较多的凋亡细胞(P<0.01)。随着时间延长,肾小管凋亡细胞逐渐增多,有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论肾小管上皮细胞凋亡参与了肾间质纤维化的发生发展。Objective To investigate the apoptosis of renal tubular cells in renal interstitium of rats with UUO.Methods Apoptosis of renal tubular cells was detected with terminal deoxynucleotidy transferasemediated dUTP nick endlabeling assay（TUNEL）.Results In model group,the expression of apoptosis cells in renal tubular were significantly increased,compared with those in sham operation group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Renal tubular cell apoptosis is involved in the pathogenesis of the renal interstitial fibrosis.
