广西高校档案工作现状分析及发展对策研究

摘　　要：高校档案工作是高等学校重要的基础性工作,是衡量学校教育质量和管理水平的一个重要标志,在新时期新形势下必须要与时俱进。在通过对采集到的信息进行统计分析、文献比较、实地调研等工作后,本文分析了目前广西高校档案工作现状和存在问题,并从宏观层面和微观层面提出了发展对策。The work of the archives is the fundamental work at colleges and universities, which is also the criteria to judge the educational quality and the level of management at the university. In a word, in the new era with the new situation, the work of archives must catch the time. With the above purpose, and through statistical analyzing, literature comparing and field survey- ing on the collected information, this paper analyzes the status quo and the problems existed in the archival work, and what＇s more, from the macro as well as micro level, the paper points out some countermeasures for the purpose of developing as well as improving the archival work at universities.
