摘　　要：21世纪是海洋世纪,各国为了争夺海洋制高点,分别制定了海洋发展战略。分析了国内外不同国家和地区在发展海洋高新技术产业方面的现状及发展特点,提出了对上海发展海洋高新技术产业方面的六点启示。The 21st century is the sea century. Various countries have formulated the sea developmental strategy separately to compete for the sea commanding point. This article has analyzed the situation and the development characteristic of sea high technology industry from domestic and foreign different countries. It also proposed six enlightenments on development sea high technology industry for Shanghai.
