摘 要:通过对永磁同步电动机闭环控制系统电流环模型不确定部分进行分析,建立了灰色模型来实现电流跟随性的改善。在此基础上结合转矩常数Kt在线辨识策略,通过对电压量控制精度的改善来提高Kt计算的准确性,进而使得转矩控制精度得到改善。通过Matlab软件对算法进行仿真,结果表明采用灰色预测模型进行补偿控制同传统的PID控制方法相比,电流跟随性得到了提高,对转矩的控制达到了比较高的精度。The establishment of grey model for the uncertain part in terms of the analysis of current loop model in permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) close-loop control system was realized in order to acquire improvement of current tracking character. Based on this model and the combination of torque constant value Kt in online identified strategy, this algorithm could enhance the calculation veracity of Kt through improving voltage accuracy, which made toque control precision improved to some extent. Through the Matlab software to carry through algorithm simulation, compared with traditional PID control method, the result indicates that adopting grey prediction model to put up compensation control is able to improve current tracking capability and to achieve higher accuracy for torque control.
