正常儿童300例的水平平滑追随眼动的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究正常儿童双眼水平平滑追随眼动的状况。方法:用EOG(electro-oculography)法,观察300例正常儿童眼的水平平滑追随眼动(horizontal smooth pursuit eye movement,HSPEM)。频率为0.4Hz时、角度为40°。结果:正常儿童鼻、颞向增益差异无显著性,性别差异无显著性。结论:正常儿童双眼水平平滑追随眼动的增益值接近1。AIM： To study the horizontal smooth pursuit eye movement of normal children. METHODS： The horizontal smooth pursuit eye movements （HSPEM） of 300 normal children were observed by electro-oculography（EOG）. The frequency of waves was 0.4Hz,and angle was 40 degree. RESULTS. There was no significant difference between nasalward and temporalward value of normal children. The difference between sex was not significant either. CONCLUSION： The value of the horizontal smooth pursuit eye movement in normal children is close to 1.
