摘　　要：随着信息时代的到来,对自然语言的处理成为了信息处理的关键任务。因此,语言的科学与技术受到了越来越多的重视。随着对语言认识的不断的深入,语言的科学与技术也正在经历与其他科学领域的广泛交叉。但就其本质而言,语言科学与技术和其他学科一样,其发展都离不开哲学的滋养。文章首先阐明了语言的社会与自然二重属性,接着阐述了语言研究的科学性与工程性,在此基础上论证了哲学研究方法和哲学思想的发展与语言科技发展的互动,并进而提出了语言科学与语言技术可能的发展方向。With the advent of the digital time, the natural language process has become the key to the information process. As a result, growing emphasis has been placed on language science and technology. The language science and technology have been an interdisciplinary research area with a wide interaction with other scientific fields. However, there is an inseparability of the development of the language science, technology and philosophy. This paper first states the natural and social attributes of language. Then the study reveals the scientific and engineering features. Based on the above points, the present paper investigates the interaction among the philosophical methodology, philosophy development, the language science and technology. The author further proposes an assumption of the orientation of the development of the language science and technology.
