摘　　要：目的:探讨颧上颌骨复合体骨折坚固内固定治疗手术切口的选择和临床应用的效果。方法:对37例采用多种手术联合切口及坚强内固定治疗的颧上颌骨复合体骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:本组病例患者均骨愈合良好,咬合关系恢复良好,面部畸形改善明显,无神经损伤症状。结论:根据颧上颌骨复合体骨折部位和类型选择手术切口行钛夹板坚固内固定,有利于减少颌面部的切口及瘢痕。该方法术野清楚、效果可靠,可取得满意的疗效。Objective To assess the selection of the incisions and the application of rigid internal fixation in the operation of the zygomaticomaxillary complex （ZMC） fractures. Methods A retrospective analysis was uesd in 37 patients received firm fixation for ZMC fractures through the combination of incisions. Results All cases had been restored with normal face profile and good occlusion. No facial paralysis had been found. Conclusions The method to select the incisions according to the fracture locations and types and the rigid internal fixation by tiantic microsplint in dealing with the ZMC fractures has advantages of clear operative field, reliable effects and less incision and scars. A satisfied outcome can be achieved in patients with ZMC fractures.
