摘  要:目的:观察E-max全瓷贴面与牙体组织间粘结树脂的厚度,探讨其边缘适合性。方法:在10颗离体牙上模拟临床完成全瓷贴面的修复,然后用自凝树脂包埋后,沿着牙体长轴垂直切割全瓷贴面,界面抛光后,使用电子显微镜测量牙齿切端、中点、肩台及颈缘4点粘结树脂的厚度,结果进行统计分析。结果:树脂粘结剂厚度在颈缘、切端处相对较低,约120μm,在肩台处超过了200μm。结论:E-max铸瓷贴面的边缘适合性能够满足临床的要求。但是,在实际工作中,需要对石膏模型的精准度、技工室贴面的制作水平等细节问题进行改进和提高。Objective To study the marginal adaptation of E-max ceramic veneer. Methods The 10 patterns of E-max ceramic veneer was made in vitro teeth .The adhesives interface thickness between E-max ceramic veneer and teeth of incisal edge, center-piont, shoulder and cervical margin was recorded with scanning electron microscope (SEM). Results The adhesives interface thickness of E-max ceramic veneer is less in the incisal edge and cervical margin than the others comparatively, basically 120μm, no more than 200μm; but more than 200μm in shoulder department. Conclusion E-max ceramic veneer have a favorable marginal adaptation to meet clinical requirements. But technician's skill affects the prosthesis marginal adaptation significantly.In practical work,dentists need to improve their skills in confirming accuracy of the plaster model, measuring the embedding powder and water inverse proportion accurately and using dental magnifier exactly.
