摘　　要：诸多民事诉讼制度都有助于社会的和谐与稳定。然而我国现有一些民事诉讼制度并未切实有效地发挥这一机能。在和谐社会建构这一时代主题下,应进一步改革和完善我国现有民事诉讼制度,进而充分实现和发挥其有助于社会和谐稳定的内在机能。There are many systems which are helpful to social harmony and stability in the civil procedure. However, the Chinese current system of civil procedure has not played that function effectively. Under the time theme of constructing harmonious society, the Chinese civil procedure system should be further reformed and perfected, furthermore, to realize its intrinsic function of helping society＇s harmony and stability.
