摘　　要：通过对近几年河南中外合作办学项目的运行模式进行调研,分析其中的得失利弊,提出中外合作办学模式的改进策略,以促进河南省国际教育的健康发展。Through the study and statistic on the running modes of Chinese - Foreign Cooperation in running schools projects and international education school in Henan in recent years, sums up, concludes and analyses the achievements which we have got and the problems still exist, and pionts out we should learn from the tertiary education organizations abroad to use for reference so that the international education in Henan province would be developed well in the future.
