综合治疗法治疗青少年弱视的疗效

摘　　要：目的回顾综合治疗法治疗12～15岁青少年弱视的疗效。方法回顾性分析2004-2006年我院门诊确诊为弱视且年龄为12～15岁的患儿117例(172眼)应用个性化综合疗法进行治疗的疗效,并对不同类型及不同程度的弱视的疗效进行比较。结果屈光不正性弱视组治愈率为60.82%,屈光参差性弱视组治愈率为36%,轻度、中度、重度弱视治愈率分别是56.52%、68%、0。结论严格的、个性化的综合治疗法能有效治疗青少年弱视。Objective To study the curative effect of amblyopia of children among 12 to 15 years old with comprehensive therapy. Method Between 2004 to 2006 years, 117 cases （172 eyes） of amblyopic children, aged 12 to 15, were treated with personalized combination therapy. Results were retrospectively analyzed. Result The cure rate of ametropic amblyopia group was 60.82% and the cure rate of anisometropic amblyopia group was 36%. The total effective rate was 50%, in which the minimal degree was 56.52%, middle degree was 68% and serious degree was 0. Conclusion Personalized individual therapy can effectively cure the children with amblyopia.
