摘　　要：民族共同心理素质主要就是民族文化和民族风俗在内心的投映和共鸣,心理素质的形成与发展必须以民族文化这个社会背景为依托,没有了文化这个社会大前提,民族心理素质也就无从谈起。对于它的保护传承和发展,是关系到国家和世界文化完整性的重要问题。Nation＇s common psychological features are the inner reflection and response of national culture and national customs. Formation and development of psychological features are supported by national cultures. It will go nowhere without culture as precondition. So the protection, heritage and development remain as important that it even matters to the completion both to China and the world＇s culture.
