摘　　要：有效的产学研结合技术创新模式必须与特定的权变因子相匹配,从分析影响产学研结合的因素的角度出发,根据权变理论,构建以企业为主体的产学研结合的技术创新权变模式。There is no general technological innovation model of （EEUSRO） which can be applied to different environmental organizations, effective technological models should match with specific contingency factors. According to the contingency theory, this article embarks from the angle of analysis of the influence factors of technological innovation of （EEUSRO）, obtains technological innovation contingency model of （EEUSRO） which takes the enterprise as the main body.
