摘　　要：知识共享是合作创新的基础,分析了合作创新和知识共享的关系,探讨了基于知识共享的企业合作创新博弈模型,通过对模型的分析,得出了企业知识互补程度越高越容易进行合作创新的结论。Knowledge sharing is the basis of cooperation innovation. This paper analyzes the relationship between cooperation innovation and knowledge sharing, and then game model of cooperation innovation based on knowledge sharing is discussed. Through analyzing the model, conclusion that the more complementary knowledge the enterprise has the easier realization cooperation innovation is gained.
