摘  要:利用广角X射线衍射仪(WAXD)、示差扫描量热器(DSC)和热重分析仪(TGA)深入比较研究了烟叶、梗丝和薄片的结晶结构和热性能的异同。研究结果表明:三者中均存在天然纤维素I,但结晶度和晶面间距有所不同,薄片样品在大角度有独特的X-射线衍射峰,系加工过程中掺入的碳酸钙和其他无机盐的衍射峰。梗丝和薄片热性能相近,与烟叶有较大差别。薄片存在独特的热分解高温吸热峰,同样是由添加的碳酸钙和无机盐引起的。WAXD, DSC and TGA were used to study the crystal structure and thermal behaviors of cut lamina, cut stem and reconstituted tobacco sheet, Cellulose Ⅰ existed but the crystallinity and the crystalline distance were different in these three samples. Some special peaks at big diffraction angle in the reconstituted tobacco sheet were brought by CaCO3 and other salts which were added during the production. The thermal qualities of cut stem and the reconstituted tobacco sheet were similar, but different with that of tobacco. A special thermal decomposition peak for the reconstituted tobacco sheet at high temperature in DTG curve, which is also brought by CaCO3 and other salts.
