摘  要:建立大豆异黄酮中苯并[a]芘残留的高效液相色谱测定法。采用hypersil ODSC18分析柱(25μm,250mm×4.6mmi.d);流动相:甲醇∶水(90∶10);流速1.0mL/min;激发波长297nm、发射波长410nm;样品进样量20μL;柱温35℃;保留时间的相对标准偏差0.816%;方法的检出限0.1μg/kg;在三个添加浓度水平上的平均回收率分别为98.16%、87.76%、78.86%,三次测定的相对标准偏差0.45%、1.63%、0.57%。该法样品预处理简单快速,无需将样品过柱净化,分析成本大大降低,具有毒性小,灵敏度高,分析时间短等优点。A method for determination of benzo[a]pyrene in soybean isoflavone by HPLC-FLD was developed for the first time. In the method, the analysis column is revered-phase column of C188 (25 μm, 250 mm×4.6 mm i.d), the mobile phase is methanol/water (90:10), the flow is 1.0 mL/min, excitation wavelength is 297nm, emission wavelength is 410 nm, the column temperature is 35℃, and the injection volume is 20 μL. The RSD of retention time was 0.816%. The limit of detection was 0.1 μg/kg. The average recoveries of three different addition levels were 98.16%, 87.76% and 78.86%, precision RSD of the three detections were 0.45%, 1.63%, 0.57%. The method is rapid, cheap, safe and sensitive for directly determining benzo [a] pyrene in soybean isoflavone.
