摘　　要：当代国际竞争呈现出以综合国力较量为内容实质、以国家知识竞争力提升为战略重点、以人才资源角逐为关注焦点等主要趋势,与此相应,当代国际竞争对教育优先发展提出了"教育立国""知识与科技立国""人才立国"等强烈诉求。"教育-知识与科技-人才"优先发展已渐趋成为世界各国提升当代国际竞争力的核心链条。Contemporary international competition focuses on the competition of comprehensive national strength, competitiveness of national knowledge, human resources, etc. Accordingly, the pursuit of education development priority is put forward separately. Taking ＂education- knowledge and technology - human resourees＂as the development priority in all countries has become the core chain to enhance the contemporary international competitiveness.
