摘 要:目的研究蝇蛹冷藏对丽蝇蛹集金小蜂寄生和繁殖的影响。方法观察丽蝇蛹集金小蜂对4℃冷藏三种蝇蛹的寄生率、出蜂率、平均出蜂数和丽蝇蛹集金小蜂后代的雌蜂比。结果冷藏后,三种蝇蛹的寄生率、出蜂率、平均出蜂数和丽蝇蛹集金小蜂后代的雌蜂比均显著低于对照蛹,考查指标与冷藏时间均呈负相关关系。结论蝇蛹冷藏可对丽蝇蛹集金小蜂的寄生和繁殖产生负面影响。To investigate the effect of fly pupae cold storage on the parasitization and reproduction of Nasonia vitripenhis. the parasitization rate, parasitoid emergence rate, number of adult parasitoids/host, female rate of progeny parasitoid from cold stored fly pupae were observed in the laboratory. Results indicated the parasitic rate, parasitoid emergence rate, number of adult parasitoids/host, female rate of progeny parasitoid emerged from cold stored fly pupae were below than control pupae significantly. The aforesaid examined indexes were all had negative correlation with the cold storage time. From these results, it is concluded that the cold storage of fly pupae has negative effect on the parasitization and reproduction of N. vitripennis.
