摘　　要：现代管理理论的发展呈现出从经验管理到科学管理向文化管理转变的趋势,管理对象从"硬件"管理到"软件"管理。作为企业管理的重要内容财务管理也必须随着管理模式和管理对象的转变而转变。人本化财务管理是"文化管理"在财务管理领域的运用,主要体现在财务管理目标责任制的多元化,财务管理战略的人本化和财务管理方法的柔性化三个方面。The development of modem management theory shows the changing trends from the ment to scientific management and then to culture management, its management object changed experience managefrom ＂hardware＂ to ＂software＂ management. As an important part of business management financial management of an enterprise must also change with the change of management models and objects. Humanistic financial management is the application of ＂cultural management＂ in the field of financial management and the three main fields in which it is used are ： the diversity of the financial management target responsibility system, human-basis financial management strategies and flexible methods of financial management.
