摘　　要：目的探讨嗜酸性胃炎的CT表现。方法 4例嗜酸性胃炎均行CT检查并经实验室检查、胃镜和病理证实,其中2例又经手术病理证实。男女各2例,年龄25～42岁,平均32.7岁。结果 4例嗜酸性胃炎均显示胃壁弥漫性增厚,最厚约11～15 mm,边缘光滑,胃腔正常。2例合并腹水,1例合并回结肠套叠。结论 CT可以显示胃壁弥漫性增厚,边缘光滑,结合实验室检查及胃镜和病理检查,可提示嗜酸性胃炎的可能。Objective To explore the CT manifestations of acidophilia gastritis. Methods 4 patients of acidophilia gastritis, verified by CT examination , laboratory examination , gastroscopy and pathology. 2 patients also verified by surgical pathology. Among the 4 patients, 2 patients were males and 2 patients were females , with an age range from 25 to 42 years old, the average age was 32.7 years old. Results 4 patients of acidophilia gastritis were diagnosed as diffuse thickening of gastric wall , the maximum is 11 - 15 mm, the hyperplasia had smooth edge and the gastral cavity normal. 2 patients had ascites, 1 patient had ileocolon intussusception. Conclusion CT could showed that the diffuse thickening of gastric wall , the hyperplasia had smooth edge , combined with laboratory examination , gastroscopy and pathology could increase the diagnosis accuracy of acidophilia gastritis.
