摘　　要：三维定量构效关系技术已经成为药物设计中的常规手段之一。对于各类药物的设计及先导物的优化起着重要指导作用。本文对三维定量构效关系技术在抗HIV药物中的应用做一总结和展望。3D-quantitative structure-activity relationship （3D-QSAR） has been a general technique in the design of drugs. This technique can give important information on the design of new drugs and the optimization of lead compound. In this article, the application of 3D-QSAR in anti-HIV drug design is summarized.
