摘 要:为了探索较佳的木束条尺寸,以提高杉木积成材的质量,研究了不同尺寸的杉木木束条对杉木积成材性能的影响规律,结果表明:木束条的长度对杉木积成材的纵向静曲强度、弹性模量、24h吸水厚度膨胀率有较大的影响;木束条的厚度对杉木积成材纵向静曲强度、弹性模量的影响不大,但对24h吸水厚度膨胀率、内结合强度有较大的影响;木束条的宽度对杉木积成材的物理力学性能影响极小,不存在统计意义上的影响;木束条的较佳尺寸为:长度120 mm,宽度4 mm,厚度2.5 mm。In order to probe into the optimal dimensions of wood stick so as to improve the quality of Chinese fir oriented laminated stick lumber( Chinese fir OLSL) , the influence rules of the different dimensions of Chi- nese fir wood sticks on the properties of Chinese fir OLSL were researched. The results show that the length of wood stick has great effect on longitudinal MOR and MOE, 24hTS of Chinese fir OLSL; the thickness of wood stick has not great effect to longitudinal MOR and MOE of Chinese fir OLSL, but it has great effect on IB and 24hTS; the width of wood stick has infinitesimal effect on physical and mechanical properties of Chinese fir OLSL, and does not have the influence in the statistical significance. The optimal dimensions of wood stick are as follows: length 120 mm, width 4mm,thickness 2. 5mm.
