摘 要:机组负荷和混煤质量是影响电厂经济运行和节能减排的重要因素,但是目前的研究很少考虑到两者的关联性。本研究提出一个电厂负荷分配与配煤优化耦合模型。该模型的计算是通过负荷优化分配模型优化分配不同时段各机组的负荷;计算出各机组不同负荷下单位小时电力生产所需的热耗量,此计算结果作为配煤优化模型中供热量约束的输入;通过求解配煤优化模型得到各机组在不同负荷下的各掺配煤种的消耗量。研究结果表明:电厂负荷分配与配煤优化耦合模型能够在合理分配机组负荷的基础上对燃料混配进行优化,既能满足机组实时负荷变化下的生产要求,又可以避免不必要的燃料浪费,并减少污染物排放。Unit load and coal quality are two important factors in management of economic operation and energy saving for coal-fired power plants, however, present research seldom considers the relationship between them. In this paper, an optimization model for load distribution and coal blending in power plants was developed. First, optimal loads of each unit during different periods were obtained by using the load distribution optimization model. Then, heat consumption for power generation per hour of each unit under different loads was calculated, and the results were inputted as heat supply constraints of the optimal coal blending model, together with other coal characteristic constraints, and the feed rates of every kind of coal for each unit under different loads were optimized. Case study showed that the developed optimization model satisfies requirements of power generation of units under changing loads, avoids unnecessary fuel consumption, and reduces pollutants emission.
