摘 要:[目的]建立麦芽糖的含量测定方法。[方法]采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),色谱柱为Alltima氨基柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(62∶38),流速为1.3 ml/min。[结果]在选定的试验条件下,Alltima氨基柱的理论塔板数为2 855,麦芽糖峰与杂质峰的分离度为6.09,精密度试验的RSD为0.90%(n=6)。[结论]该法测定麦芽糖含量具有简捷、实用、准确的特点。[ Objective ] The determination method of Maltose contents were established. [ Method ] HPLC method was used, chromatographic column was the Alltima amido-column (250 mm × 4.6mm,5μm) ,mobile phase was aeetonitrile-water (62:38), flowing rate of 1.3 mL/min. [ Result ] Under the selected tested conditions,theoretical plate number of the Alhima amido-column was 2 855 ,the separation degree of Maltose and impurity peak were 6.09,RSD was 0.90% (n =6). [ Conclusion] The method was proved to be simple,practical and accurate .
