胃癌中Survivin的表达与肿瘤血管生成及周围静脉血微转移的关系

摘　　要：目的研究胃癌组织中Survivin的表达及其与肿瘤血管生成和外周血微转移的关系。方法用免疫组织化学方法检测胃癌组织中Survivin的表达和微血管密度(MVD),用巢式RT-PCR方法检测胃癌患者外周血癌细胞微转移。结果60例胃癌中,41例(68.3%)胃癌组织Survivin表达阳性,Survivin阳性肿瘤的MVD计数(43.5±18.3)显著大于Survivin阴性肿瘤[(22.6±11.7),P<0.01];60例胃癌中,21例(35.0%)周围静脉血中CK19mRNA表达阳性。Survivin阳性胃癌患者外周血微转移阳性率(43.9%)显著高于Survivin阴性胃癌患者(15.8%,P<0.05)。结论胃癌组织中Survivin表达的增加与胃癌组织血管化程度及周围静脉血微转移密切相关。[Objective] To study the relationship of Survivin expression to tumor angiogenesis and micrometastasis in peripheral blood in patients with gastric carcinomas. [Methods] The expression of Survivin and Microvessel density （MVD） count in gastric cancer tissues were detected by immunohistochemical method, and mierometastases in peripheral blood was detected by nested RT-PCR. [Results] In 60 gastric cancer cases, 41 （68.3%） cancer tissues were positive with Survivin expression, the MVD count of Survivin positive tissues （43.5 ± 18.3） was significandy higher than that of Survivin negtive tissues [（22.6 ±11.7）, P 〈0.01]; 21 （35.0%） patients had micrometastasis in peripheral blood, the micrometastasis rate in Survivin positive gastric cancer patients （43.9%） was significantly higher than that in Survivin negtive patients （15.8%, P 〈0.05）. [Conclusions] The increased expression of Survivin in gastric cancer tissues significantly related to the extent of intratumoral vasculaxization and micrometastasis in peripheral blood.
