低场MRI垂体形态改变对垂体腺瘤的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:在低场MRI检查中垂体形态改变对垂体腺瘤的诊断价值。材料与方法:对32例低场MRI检查中垂体形态发生改变的病例与临床进行对照分析,以评价低场MRI垂体形态改变对垂体腺瘤的诊断价值。结果:32例低场MRI垂体形态发生改变的病例中有27例经证实为垂体腺瘤,阳性率达(84.38%)。说明低场MRI垂体形态改变对垂体腺瘤的诊断有明显敏感性。结论:排除垂体正常生理性变异外,低场MRI垂体形态改变高度支持垂体腺瘤的诊断。Purpose： to discuss the diagnostic value of low -field MRI on the shape of pituitary gland with pituitary adenoma patients. Materials and Methods： to assess the diagnostic value of low - field MRI on the shape of pituitary gland with pituitary adenoma, 32 patients with changes of pituitary shape treated by low - field MR/were analyzed, compared with their clinical findings. Results： 27 eases were diagnosed clineally as pituitary adenoma out of 32 cases, which was 84. 38%. it indicated that the changes of pituitary glands treated by low - field MR/were signhqeantly close to its clinical diagnosis. Condusion： low filed MR/ changes of pituitary glands highly supported the eliuical diagnosis of pituitary adenoma except physiologleal variabilities.
