摘 要:首先对具有弱织构热轧钢板表面的氧化皮进行了X射线衍射(XRD)分析,然后选用Highscore plus软件通过Rietveld全谱拟合方法对得到的XRD谱进行精修,实现了对氧化皮的定量相分析,最后对精修结果进行了择优取向校正,并研究了择优取向校正对拟合结果的影响。结果表明:经过择优取向校正的Rietveld全谱拟合判据均小于未经过择优取向校正的,而经过择优取向校正后的精修结果比未经过择优取向校正的精修结果更准确;Rietveld全谱拟合的结果均为收敛,拟合的判别因子R_p,R_(wp)和X均较小。The scale on the hot-rolled steel plate with weak texture was analyzed by XRD first, then the obtained XRD patterns were refined by Rietveld whole pattern fitting method with Highscore plus software, and finally the refined results were corrected by preferred orientation correction to realize the quantitative phase composition analysis. The effect of preferred orientation correction on the fitting results was also studied. The results show that Rietveld fitting criterion with preferred orientation correction was smaller than that without preferred orientation correction, and the refined results were more correct after preferred orientation correction. All results of Rietveld whole pattern fitting were convergent, and fitting criterion such as Rp, Rvp and X were all small.
