经内镜钛镍记忆合金支架治疗恶性胆总管梗阻的体会

摘　　要：目的观察经内镜钛镍记忆合金支架治疗恶性梗阻性黄疸的治疗效果。方法采用国厂钛镍记忆合金胆管支架经内镜置入治疗恶性梗阻性黄疸34例。结果成功置入33例,成功率97.5%。引流后总胆红素明显下降。结论内镜置入钛镍记忆合金胆管支架治疗恶性梗阻性黄疸疗效确切。Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy by endoscopic titanium-nickel memory alloy stent insertion for malignant obstructive jaundice. Methods 34 patients with malignant obstructive jaundice were treated by endoscopic titanium- nickel memory alloy biliary stent insertion. Results 33 out of 34 （97.5%） patients successfully underwent endoscopic titanium-nickel memory alloy stent insertion and the serum total bilirubin content dropped after draining obviously. Conclusion Endoscopic titanium-nickel memory alloy stent insertion has high successful rate, security and reliable efficacy for malignant obstructive jaundice with less complication and can relieve bile duct obstruction also.
