摘 要:通过气质联用方法,对O,O-二乙基硫代磷酰氯(1#,乙基氯化物)蒸馏残液的杂质结构与形成机理进行研究。经定性分析发现:1#的残液中主要包括氯乙烷等A~L12种杂质。从其结构上分析,如果要提高1#的总收率,则可在生产过程中控制氯气的用量、控制五硫化二磷的质量、降低蒸馏温度、提高真空度。The impurities in the distilling residue of O,O-diethylthionophosphoric acid chloride (1^#) and their forming mechanism were resolved by GC-MS to found for their controling, industrial reaction condition optimizing, yield increasing of 1^# and environmental disposing. As a result, twelve impurities A-L such as chloroethane were found in the residue. According to the structure of these impurities, it is possible to improve the yield of 1^# by controling both the quantity of chlorine and the quality of phosphorus pentasulfide, decreasing the distilling temperature or increasing the vacuum in the process of manufacturing 1^#.
