摘　　要：目的探讨白龙灵沙汤提取物对A549人肺癌细胞凋亡的影响。方法提取白龙灵沙汤中的有效成分,使之与A549人肺癌细胞作用48、72h后,免疫细胞化学法检测bcl-2、bax表达。结果白龙灵沙汤提取物与A549人肺癌细胞作用48、72h后,下调A549人肺癌细胞bcl-2,上调bax的表达。结论白龙灵沙汤提取物可下调bcl-2和上调bax的表达。Objective To observe the effect of Bailonglingshatang（BLLST） extract on apoptosis of human lung cancer cell line A549. Methods The human lung cancer cell line A549 was in vitro co-cultured with BLLST extract for 48 and 72 h, respectively. Immunocytochemical method was used to detect the expression of bcl-2 and bax. Results The expression of bcl-2 was down-regulated and the expression of bax was up-regulated in A549 cells after treated by the BLLST extract. Conclusion BLLST extract can restrain lung cancer cell multiplication, down-regulate the expression bcl-2 and up-regulate the expression bax.
