血清ADAM8水平对肺癌的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨血清去整合素-金属蛋白酶8(ADAM8)水平对肺癌诊断及预后的价值。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法检测98例肺癌患者、38例肺良性病变患者及24例健康人血清中ADAM8的表达水平。结果血清ADAM8水平在肺癌组明显高于肺良性病变组和健康人组(P<0.05);肺良性病变组与健康人组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。肺癌组血清ADAM8水平与远处转移、TNM分期显著相关(P<0.05),而与病理类型无关(P>0.05)。早期肺癌患者血清ADAM8的水平高于非肿瘤患者(P<0.05)。ADAM8对肺癌诊断敏感度为86%,特异性为75%,ROC曲线下面积为0.872。结论血清ADAM8的水平可能成为肺癌诊断的参考指标。血清ADAM8水平的动态变化可作为肺癌转移倾向及预后的评价指标。Objective To investigate the value of serum ADAM8 level in diagnosis and prognosis of lung cancer. Methods ELISA was used to detect the level of serum ADAM8 in 98 lung carcinoma patients, 38 benign lung disease patients and 24 normal persons. Results The level of serum ADAM8 in group of lung cancer was higher than that in groups with benign pulmonary disease and normal persons （P〈0. 05）, but no significant difference between benign pulmonary disease and normal persons （P〉0. 05）. The level of serum ADAM8 statistically correlated with distant metastasis and TNM staging（P〈0. 05）, but didn＇t correlate with pathological types（P〉0. 05）in lung cancer group. The level of serum ADAM8 in the lung cancer patients at the stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ was significantly higher than that in non-tumor patients（P〈0. 05）. The diagnostic sensitivity（ % ） and specificity（%） of ADAM8 for lung cancer was 86 % and 75 %, respectively and area under the ROC curve of ADAM8 was 0. 872. Conclusion The level of serum ADAM8 may be used as a sign in diagnosis of lung cancer. The change of serum ADAM8 level will be used as a evaluating inductor in observation of metastasis and prognosis in lung cancer.
