总胆汁酸在肝胆疾病中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨血清总胆汁酸测定在肝胆疾病诊断中临床价值。方法血清总胆汁酸用酶学比色法进行测定,谷丙转氨酶用速率法测定。结果当肝胆疾病时,血清总胆汁酸均有不同程度升高较谷丙转氨酶敏感。结论总胆汁酸具有较高的诊断价值,可作为较敏感的指标而广泛用于肝功能检测中。Objective The discussion of the clinical value at the liver and gall disease diagnose through blood serum total bile acid determination. Methods The blood serum total bile acid with colorimetry to determinate, glu- tamic - pyruvic transaminase with Rate method. Results When liver and gall disease infected,the blood serum total bile acid has the varying degree ascension to compare the GPT- sensitive. Conclusion Conclusion Total bile acid has the high diagnosis value, may take the sensitive target widely uses in the liver function examination.
